Cultures that combined and influenced each other over centuries, to create the unique flavours that make up our rich and colourful foodscape. Indian influences from the Indentures servants, African influences from the Slaves, Creole from the French, Spanish, Portuguese who all ruled at some point in our history, Chinese from the early immigrants to the new migrants. We are a tapestry of rich culture and tradition, that is fused into the flavours of our foods. The foods that we love cooking for you. Foods that are now authentically Trinidadian. We own, we t'ing.
