Terms and Conditions - Social Media Competitions
Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in any and all social media competitions ("Competitions") conducted by Baynhams Brewery LTD (T/A PIG BEER). ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By entering any Competition, you agree to abide by these Terms as well as any specific rules or guidelines provided for individual Competitions.
Eligibility
2.1 All Competitions are open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees, agents, or immediate family members of employees of PIG BEER are not eligible to participate in the Competitions.
Affiliation
3.1 These Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
3.2 By entering the Competitions, you acknowledge that Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. are not responsible for the administration of the Competitions and hereby release them from any and all liability arising from your participation in the Competitions.
Entry
4.1 To enter a Competition, you must follow the specific entry guidelines provided for that particular Competition.
4.2 Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified at the Company's sole discretion.
4.3 Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Prizes
5.1 Prizes are as specified in the individual Competition guidelines and are non-transferable.
5.2 The Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the specified prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control.
Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 Winners will be selected in accordance with the criteria specified in the individual Competition guidelines.
6.2 Winners will be notified via the social media platform on which the Competition was conducted within seven (7) days of the closing date.
6.3 Failure to claim the prize within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be selected at the Company's discretion.
General
7.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any Competition at its sole discretion.
7.2 By entering the Competition, you agree to the use of your name and likeness for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
7.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising out of your participation in the Competitions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
By entering any Competition conducted by PIG BEER, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
