🍖Comanche is a mobile catering company dedicated to delivering exceptional flavours of the South through smoke, flame, and grill. All cooking is fuelled by kiln-dried wood and premium lump charcoal. Using only the finest locally sourced produce from their hometown butcher, Comanche takes quality seriously — from aged beef sirloin to New Forest pannage pork, every cut is carefully selected and expertly prepared. They pile in a whole load of love and passion to each dish. Smoke low and slow for incredible tenderness, as well as hot and fast for that flamed roasted flavour. All dishes are accompanied by individually designed sides, each with a unique Comanche flavour.
