A genuinely new expression of what beer can be. Sparkling, complex, with all the character of a fine sparkling wine. Brewed with Chardonnay yeast to develop fresh orchard fruit notes and complex flavours, with a blend of light malts fermented longer to create a smooth, delicate biscuity finish, lifted with fine, persistent bubbles.

Serve chilled in flutes. Six flutes to the bottle.
