All cooking is fuelled by kiln-dried wood and premium lump charcoal. Using only the finest locally sourced produce from their hometown butcher, Comanche takes quality seriously — from aged beef sirloin to New Forest pannage pork, every cut is carefully selected and expertly prepared. They pile in a whole load of love and passion to each dish. Smoke low and slow for incredible tenderness, as well as hot and fast for that flamed roasted flavour.
