Friday and Saturday 12-8pm.
We are a prime cut mobile catering company, obsessed with offering exceptional tastes of the south, through smoke, flame and grill, all fuelled by kiln dried wood and lump charcoal. Using only the best produce, sourced locally from our hometown butcher. From Aged beef sirloin to New Forest Pannage pork, we take our meat seriously.
We pile in a whole load of love and passion to each dish. We smoke low and slow for incredible tenderness, as well as hot and fast for that flamed roasted flavour. All dishes are accompanied by individually designed sides, each with a unique Comanche flavour.
