Introducing our new 2024 receipe of Standing Hat - English Sparkling Beer

Refreshingly light with champagne levels of fizz, Standing Hat is expertly handcrafted at our brewery in the heart of the New Forest. Our novel brewing style imparts a more refined and balanced flavour, whilst our exceptionally slow fermentation produces a smooth, delicate finish. Nelson Sauvin hops add a white grape characteristic, complimented by a delightfully citrussy twist and a subtle sweetness.  
 
An ideal dining companion to cheese, curry, roasts and barbecue.

Free from tannins and sulphites.

Serve cold in a wine glass or champagne flute.
